The new sparkling wine includes Malvasia de Sitges to expand the range of Corpinnats of the winery and to approach young consumers
Nadal puts its faith in Malvasia de Sitges and the young spirit of the new Corpinnat Plot Twist to announcethe continuity in the company by the fourth generation of the family, Mireia Nadal. Plot Twist is a long ageing andmultivintage (2015, 2016 and 2017 harvest)sparkling wine that joins and enrichesNadal’s Corpinnat range and approaches the young public as a creamy and refreshing sparkling wine.
It is elaborated with a 43% of Parellada, 26% of Xarel·lo, 27% of Macabeu and 5% of Malvasia de Sitges. Nadal’s new Corpinnatintends to be an invitation to the young consumers that are looking for a fresh product without giving up the features that have made Nadal a referencewinery: Estate-grown organic historical varieties, vinification on the premises and long ageing.
Plot Twist is born as a conversation wine, to share in good moments. The 48 months of ageing combined with the freshness given by Malvasia de Sitges make it a creamy and enjoyable sparkling wine, perfect for any time of the day.
The process of creation of this new Corpinnat is the result of the long conversations between the winemaker and owner of the winery, Xavier Nadal, and his daughter Mireia Nadal, who wanted to add Malvasia de Sitges in a traditional coupage to provide a younger personality.
Nadal’s newest Corpinnat, that will be available in the specialized shops and restaurants at early summer, is presented with a modern and daring label. As its own name indicates, Plot Twist wants to transmit a new standpoint and a new style of wine thought to connect with the young generations.
