NADAL X COLLECTION
Limited productions of the best Xarel·lo and Xarel·lo Vermell harvests after a minimum aging of 24 months, of which a minimum of 6 months are in deposit and the rest in bottle.
To extract the essence of Nadal X, we use the bâtonnage technique in deposit: we suspend the lees of the wine to increase aromatic intensity and persistence, achieving full-bodied white wines with volume.
