The freshness of the first Macabeu we harvest from the estate and the hints of ripe red fruit contributed by well-ripened Pinot Noir blended with the fragrance provided by Malvasia de Sitges. To enjoy it, nothing more is needed than a good glass and good company.

Tasting

Pale terracotta colour Tiny bubble. Aromas of red fruits and candied stone fruits (peach, apricot). Crispy entrance. Smooth and silky finish.

During the 3 years after disgorgement date.

Storage conditions

It is recommended to keep the sparkling wine inside the box in an upright position, avoiding direct sunlight, humidity, and sudden temperature changes.

Ideal storage temperature: Below 20ºC.
