White Wines

Taking advantage of the benefits of climate change, with dryer and hotter springs and summers, Nadal decided to produce fine white wines. From the 1998 vintage, the cellar made the first white wine, a monovarietal Xarel·lo. Starting with the harvest 2014, and after a long work of recovery and rediscovery of the Red Xarel·lo, the second dry white wine is launched.

To extract the essence of the Xarel·lo variety, the new Nadal Xs are made exclusively from the best vintages. Before going on the market, we refine them until the end of winter using the Bâtonnage system and then they remain in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

The first sweet wine with natural Botrytis of Spanish State

From mature Macabeu vines in the Anterina vineyard, we obtain extraordinarily sweet late harvest wines resulting from the over-ripening of the grapes due to the effect of the Botrytis fungus. The natural concentration of sugar produces wine with a unique personality that surprises the diner, pairing well with distinctive aperitifs such as oysters, foie gras, or blue cheese.
