Salvatge Brut Rosé 2021, a balanced Corpinnat born from the challenge of time

Pinot Noir, harvested at the limit of its ripeness, is balanced with the freshest Macabeo from the Nadal Estate to shape a unique, creamy, and vibrant rosé.

With a cool spring and a mild start to summer, the vineyard in 2021 grew at a slower pace, ideal for achieving progressive and balanced grape ripening. At the end of July, a timely rainfall favored the final stretch of a growing cycle marked by stability. This climatic calm allowed for precise work in both the vineyard and the winery, laying a solid foundation for crafting a new vintage of this sparkling wine with a distinct personality: Salvatge Brut Rosé 2021.

With time as an ally, this sparkling wine has rested in silence for months, evolving until reaching its optimal expression. The result is a brut rosé that stands out for its aromatic finesse, balance on the palate, and natural freshness.

Pinot Noir, taken to the edge of ripeness to extract its full character, contributes ripe red fruit aromas and a creamy texture, while Macabeo, among the first grapes harvested on the estate, delivers the lively freshness that defines this Corpinnat. The blend — 27% Pinot Noir and 73% Macabeo — is rounded off with a moderate dosage of a liqueur made from late-harvest must from the same estate. This distinctive touch gives rise to a harmonious sparkling wine with fine bubbles, preserving the structure that defines the Salvatge range.
