Terms and Cancellation Policy

Visiting Hours
Visits take place Monday to Friday at 11:00 a.m., and on weekends and public holidays at 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Reservations requested outside of these hours will incur a surcharge of €150.

Booking Confirmation
The booking will be confirmed once the full prepayment of the visit has been received.

Private Visits
To ensure exclusivity, an additional fee of €60 must be paid for private visits.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to: visita@nadal.com
  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: 50% refund of the paid amount.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: 10% refund of the paid amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: no refund will be issued.
  • For catering services, a 50% refund will be given if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance.
  • In case of no-show on the agreed date and time, or if fewer participants attend than originally booked, no refund will be issued.
