Taste the Wines Before the Bubbles Arrive
Corpinnat presents the 3rd edition of the Corpinnat Base Wine Tasting, an event taking place on Sunday, February 2nd, in the afternoon.
Base wines are the origin of sparkling wines. Once bottled, they undergo a second fermentation that creates bubbles, and with prolonged aging in cellars, they develop their unique aromas and flavours. At this tasting, you’ll have the chance to tast Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada wines individually, as well as the blend of these three varieties, which forms the basis of Salvatge Brut.
The showroom will be held at the Avenida Palace Hotel in Barcelona (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 605) from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, with a cost of €30 per person. It is the perfect setting to enjoy a wine tasting, learn more about Corpinnat, engage with winemakers, and attend expert-led talks.
