This legal notice regulates access and use of the services on the website www.nadal.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) that NADAL makes available to Internet users interested in its services and its contents, related to the activity of Nadal (hereinafter, the “Users”).
This website complies with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, Services of the Society for Information and Electronic. The purpose of this website is to promote products and activities of Nadal through the Website, the Internet or any other existing means of promotion or communication.
NADAL may change, at any time and without prior notice, the design, presentation and/or configuration of the Website, as well as some or all of the services, and add new services.
The use of this website implies full acceptance of the provisions contained in this Notice in the version published by NADAL at the time in which the User accesses the website.NADAL also inform Users of this Website that these General Conditions of Use may be modified without prior notice.

Conditions of access and use of the Website
The User undertakes to make diligent use of the Website and of the services accessible from this Website, with complete subjection to the law, good customs and these General Conditions and, where applicable, specific conditions, as well as maintaining the due respect for other users.
Any use other than the purpose of this Website is expressly prohibited.
In this regard, the User waives the use of any of the materials and information contained on this Website for illicit purposes or expressly prohibited in the present General Conditions as well as the particular conditions which, if any, when enabled result contrary to the rights and interests of NADAL, its members and/or third parties. The User will have to respond in the case of contravening or breaching these obligations and/or if in any way (including the introduction or spreading of “computer viruses”), harms, disables, overburdens, impairs or prevents the normal use of the materials and information contained on the Website, the information systems or the documents, files and all types of content stored on any computer (hacking) from NADAL, its members or any User of the Website.
In general the services do not require prior subscription or registration of Users. However, NADAL conditions the use of some of the services to the previous user registration, selecting the identifier (ID or login) and the password that the User agrees to keep and use with due diligence.
NADAL will assign the ID selected by the User unless it has been previously selected by another user. The use of the password is personal and not transferable, not being permitted the assignment, even temporarily, to third parties. In this sense, the User must take the necessary measures for the custody of the password selected by him, avoiding the use of it by others. As a result, the User is solely responsible for the use of the password, with full indemnity for NADAL. In the event that the User knows or suspects use of the password by a third party, he will notify NADAL as soon as possible.
The registration will be done in the manner expressly indicated in the service itself or in the specific conditions that, if necessary, regulate it.
All the information provided by the User through the services must be truthful. For this purpose, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated as a result of completing the necessary forms for the subscription services.
Similarly, it will be the responsibility of the User to keep all the information supplied to NADAL constantly updated so that it responds at all times to the real situation of the User. In any case the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made, and for the damage caused to NADAL or to third parties due to the information provided.
In accordance with the anti-spamming policy of NADAL, the User is obliged to refrain from using and collect data from distribution lists accessed through the information and services contained on the Website for the realization of activities with promotional or advertising purposes and for sending commercial messages of any kind through any medium unsolicited or not previously consented by NADAL and/or those interested. Users not complying, intentionally or guiltily, any of the above obligations, shall be liable for all damages caused.

Likewise, NADAL does not guarantee the availability, continuity or the operation and infallibility of the Website, and accordingly excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Website and of the services provided, as well as to errors in the access to the various web pages or those which, if necessary, provide these services.
NADAL excludes any liability for damages of any kind which may result from the services provided by third parties through this Website as well as in the media that they enable to manage service applications, and specifically, including but not limited: for acts of unfair competition and illegal advertising as a result of the provision of services by third parties through the Website, as well as the lack of veracity, accuracy, completeness, vices, defects, relevance and/or timeliness of the contents transmitted, broadcasted, stored, received, obtained, made available or accessible through the services provided by third parties through this Website.

The General conditions of use and all other legal conditions of the Website are governed in each and every one of its clauses by Spanish law.
