Discover the xarel·lo col·lecció, which are refined for a minimum of 24 months, of which 6 months are in disposit applying the bâtonnage technique – the lies are in suspension with the wine- and the following months refining in bottle. With this system we manage to increase the intensity and aromatic persistence as well as obtain fuller white wines, with cosiness and volume.
