March: The oysters of the Ebro Delta
Second Saturday of Corpinnateo. This time, our friends from the Delta del Ebre Oysters will come to the garden of the manor house. Txato will bring us his curly oysters (japonicas) raised in the northern (Fangar) and southern (Alfacs) bays of the mouth of the Ebre River, a natural park and biosphere reserve. Don’t miss this glamorous and tasty Saturday!
