April: La Ben Parida

At La Ben Parida, they create, design and bring to life gastronomic experiences that turn small luxuries into daily celebrations. Their cuisine is an ode to exquisite simplicity, based on Mies van der Rohe’s philosophy of “less is more”. The burgers are prepared with their own formula and each ingredient on this menu is treated with the respect it deserves. They do not use frozen foods, preservatives or flavour enhancers. Each sauce is made in-house, designed to accompany and enhance the dishes. Starters and desserts are prepared with the same dedication. They only work with excellent quality products chosen at retail.

A well-prepared menu accompanied by Plot Twist Brut or Rosé. A collaboration with a young and very dynamic project from Vilafranca.
