\nThere are few better ways to start the day than opening the motorhome door with the vineyard right in front of you. The motorhome area at Caves Nadal sits inside an estate that has been making wine since 1943, in Torrelavit, in the heart of the Pened\u00e8s and forty-five minutes from Barcelona. It is free of charge, open all year, takes a maximum of five motorhomes and allows a stay of up to 48 hours. Booking in advance is required.<\/p>\n

The space<\/h3>\n

This is not a campsite and not a motorway service area. It is a quiet parking area beside the family house at Finca Nadal de la Boadella, surrounded by vines, intended for travellers who prefer an unhurried journey and want to spend the night where the wine is made. The area has five marked pitches, a maximum stay of two nights and no charge.<\/p>\n

House rules<\/h3>\n

To protect the neighbours’ rest and the proper use of the space, the area is governed by the following rules:<\/p>\n

* The area is intended solely for overnight stays, with a maximum of two nights. It is not a campsite or a picnic area, and no tables, chairs or awnings may be set up beyond the vehicle itself.
\n* Vehicles must be parked within the lines marked on the ground.
\n* Guests are asked to leave the area in a perfect state of cleanliness.
\n* The peace and quiet of the neighbours must be respected at all times.

The tour the next morning<\/h3>\n

Guests who stay the night usually take the tour with wine tasting<\/a> in the morning. It costs from \u20ac35 per person, lasts an hour and a half and covers the vineyard, the winery and the foundational cellar, almost twenty metres underground, ending with a guided tasting. It is booked separately and can be purchased online.<\/p>\n
