It is ours, from our country, it is difficult to adapt to other land or weather than the Pened\u00e8s. For this reason, more than 90% of world production is made in the Pened\u00e8s.<br \/>\nIt has a characteristic unusual in the best grape varieties: it is very resistant to pests. For this reason we can harvest it early to make a great sparkling wine or delay the vintage, to make a great white wine.<br \/>\nThis variety gives us very gastronomic wines, with character but softness at the same time.
