Once bottled, they undergo a second fermentation that creates bubbles, and with prolonged aging in cellars, they develop their unique aromas and flavours. At this tasting, you\u2019ll have the chance to tast Macabeu, Xarel\u00b7lo, and Parellada wines individually, as well as the blend of these three varieties, which forms the basis of Salvatge Brut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The showroom will be held at the <strong>Avenida Palace Hotel in Barcelona<\/strong> (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 605) <strong>from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM<\/strong>, with a cost of <strong>\u20ac30 per person<\/strong>.
