Nadal X, the brand of white wines from Xarel\u00b7lo and Xarel\u00b7lo Vermell<\/strong> that the winery has been producing since 1998 and 2014, respectively, is complemented by the launch of Nadal X Collection<\/em>. Thus, we begin the marketing of three limited production white wines from the best Xarel\u00b7lo and Xarel\u00b7lo Vermell harvests of Finca Nadal de la Boadella: Nadal X Collection 2019<\/a><\/strong>, Nadal X Collection 2021<\/a><\/strong>, and Nadal X Vermell Collection 2021<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Nadal X Collection<\/em> will have a white label<\/strong> with a golden “X.”<\/strong> It will be the identification of wines that undergo a minimum of 24 months of aging<\/strong>: 6 in the tank and the following in the bottle. Additionally, during their time in the tank, the b\u00e2tonnage <\/em>technique<\/strong> is applied, which involves suspending the wine lees. This increases the intensity and aromatic persistence<\/strong>, achieving fuller white wines with well-defined body and volume<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result is highly gastronomic <\/strong>wines. The quality of the 2019 and 2021 harvests, with careful winemaking, unhurried processes, and aging of at least two years, provides wines of great richness and complexity that can be stored at home and consumed on the perfect occasion. These white wines pair perfectly with hearty dishes<\/strong>, the kind we usually accompany with red wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
