The nobility of an atypical Mediterranean climate, with some dry and sunny autumns, opens the door for the production of unique sweet wines. Since the 1998 vintage, Nadal produces the first sweet wine from Botrytis in Spain, based on a natural implementation of this fungus that gives its name to the wine. Afterwards, from crops with a high concentration of sugar but insufficient to become Botrytis, originated the Verema Tardana, the late harvest line.
