Nadal Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2012, emblem of the classics, is released on the market
Almost 30,000 bottles have been produced from the traditional blend of Parellada, Xarel•lo and Macabeo

Nadal brings to the market the 2012 harvest of the Nadal Brut Nature Gran Reserva, made from a blend of the three classic varieties of cava (44% Parellada, 31% Xarel•lo and 24% Macabeu). The result of a very early harvest and a dry year, with rather low temperatures, at the time of budding until August 10, this Brut Nature is very dry, but at the same time soft and tasty.
After the 2009 harvest was sold out, the Nadal Brut Nature Gran Reserva cava now hits the market with a limited production of 29,920 bottles. It is suitable for lovers of sparkling wines, but also for occasional drinkers, and for some consumers it has often been the gateway to the world of Nadal products.
The Nadal Brut Nature Gran Reserva has an intense lime green colour, with small, fine bubbles. In the nose, highly evolved aromas of toasted almonds are aroused. And in the mouth, it has an excellent structure and is very smooth on the palate. We recommend serving it at a temperature of between 6 and 9 degrees.
